Mapleton is Our Town  has been chosen as the theme for this years parade and 24th of July Celebration. 

Note:  As you prepare your floats, please keep in mind that state law prohibits persons or groups participating in the parade to throw candy from their float entry or from persons walking beside the float entry.  Candy may be passed out to the crowd by entry participants (Utah State Code Section 41-6-114). There have been a number ”near miss accidents” that could have severely injured or even killed a rider or spectator in the past.  In an attempt to keep the event joyous and accident free, parade marshall’s will be placed throughout the parade route and violators will risk penalties involving future parade involvement or sanctions allowable by state regulations.  PLEASE BE SAFE !
